On December 16, 2022, the bus got into a traffic accident in the Nanai raion of Khabarovsk Krai, it left the roadway and rolled over, the bus transported employees of one of the companies operating on the territory of the region. There are dead. The injured citizens were hospitalized in a medical facility. Based on mentioned above, the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Khabarovsk Krai and Jewish Autonomous Oblast launched a criminal case on the offense of a crime prescribed in Part 3, Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (provision of services that do not meet security requirements).

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed Mr. Dolgalev E.G., Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for Khabarovsk Krai and Jewish Autonomous Oblast, to report on the set of ongoing investigative actions.
