Mr. A.I. Bastrykin, Chairman of the Russian Investigative Committee, instructed Mr. A.K. Maslov, Head of the Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for Krasnodar Krai, to submit a report on the circumstances of the fire in the Mall occurred in Oktyabrskaya Street in Tbilisskaya stanitsa (settlement). Witnesses posted a video of the burning building on social media.

According to preliminary data, no one was injured in the fire.
