On the air of one of the federal TV channels, a story was shown about the re-opening of a cosmetology clinic on Novoslobodskaya Street in Moscow. At the same time, it is reported that citizens were invited to allegedly free cosmetic procedures, but expensive and unsafe services were imposed by fraud.

Mr. A.I. Bastrykin, Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, instructed Mr. A.A. Strizhov, Head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for Moscow, to launch a criminal investigation on the grounds of indicated facts and report on the circumstances of the incident. The criminal investigation is a subject to control of the Main Directorate the Department.
