The head of the department ordered a report on the details of mass disease of children in a childcare facility in the Republic of Crimea

The media reported that in a children's camp in Yevpatoria, at least nineteen children felt unwell and sought medical help. According to preliminary data, the cause of the deterioration in their health condition was a rotavirus. The children are receiving the necessary medical care.

Based on this fact, the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol is conducting a procedural check.

The Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia instructed the Head of the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, V.N. Terentyev, to submit a report on the progress of the preliminary investigation and the established circumstances.
