In the village of Ozerny in Novosibirsk region, a man beat up a child for minor damage to his vehicle. According to the victim's mother, her 12-year-old son lost balance on a pit bike and accidentally brushed against the car. As a result of the physical assault, the boy suffered a concussion. According to information published in the media, the man's actions have not yet been properly assessed by law enforcement agencies. The investigative authorities of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Novosibirsk region have launched a preliminary investigation into this incident.
