The Main Military Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation is investigating a criminal case against the project manager of Siberian Navigation Company LLC, Vladislav Pylskiy, who is accused of committing a crime under Part 4 of Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the RF (fraud on a particularly large scale, committed by an organized group).

The investigation has established that Pylskiy, acting in collusion with accomplices, supplied military products to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in 2022. These products did not meet the technical requirements and needs of the client. Pylskiy’s criminal actions, along with those of the other individuals involved, caused the state damages in the amount of 164 million rubles.

Pylskiy has been detained, and has been given a measure of restraint in the form of custody. Funds amounting to 164 million rubles belonging to Siberian Navigation Company LLC have been frozen.

The investigation into the criminal case continues, and other individuals involved in the crime are being identified.
