The Investigative Committee Chairman holds several working meetings with EU officials and Prosecutor General of Belgium

The Investigative Committee Chairman Alexander Bastrykin has visited European Commission and met with Commissioner for Home Affairs Cecilia Malmström and Director General for Trade Jean-Luc Demarty.

During the meetings they discussed urgent issues of cooperation and prospects for further EU-Russia interaction in relevant areas, particularly in protection of rights of intellectual property.

In addition, during the working meeting with Federal Prosecutor Johan Delmulle and representatives of competent bodies of Belgian Kingdom they discussed issues of mutual interest including those relating to certain criminal cases.
