Today citizens of the Tula, Samara, Vladimir, Novgorod and Irkutsk regions, Krasnodar and Stavropol Territories, Tatarstan Republic and Moscow have called to the Investigative Committee Chairman on the phones 8 800-333-02-95 and 8-495-640-20-46.

The citizens mainly complained about poor investigation of criminal cases, performed by regional investigation bodies of the Russian SK and expressed disagreement with the procedural decisions. People were as well complaining about actions by personnel of the Federal Drug Control Service, Moscow police and Tatarstan Republic.

After the direct communication Mr Bastrykin gave explicit instructions to heads of a number of regional bodies of the Russian Investigative Committee.
