The court extended the detention period to three of the accomplices in the murder 12 people in the village Kushchevskaya

The General Investigative Office of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District continues investigation of the criminal case initiated for the murder of 12 people in the village Kushchevskaya of Krasnodar Territory.

At the request of the investigation the Essentuki city court extended the detention period up to 6 months for Igor Chernykh, Andrei Bykov and Sergei Karpenko, accused of complicity in this murder.

Meanwhile, the investigation of a criminal case initiated against Sergei Tsapok and Vyacheslav Tsepovyaz, who in 2008 made an attempt to kill and rob a resident Kushchevskaya district, at the request of the investigation, the Essentuki City Court applied a restraint against Vyacheslav Tsepovyaza in the form of detention.
