Investigative agencies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Krasnodar Territory continue investigation of the criminal case initiated for the killing in the Kushchevskaya region of Violeta Klimova, whose body was found May 9, 2002 under a bridge across the river Yeya (Part 1, Article 105 of Criminal Code). This crime, committed in unobvious way had remained unsolved for long time.

Thanks to well-organized and conducted investigative and search actions involvement of Vadim Palkin, a citizen of Kushchevskaya region, in the murder has been established. Palkin is currently being prosecuted for committing similar crimes.

Investigation is carried out to establish all the crime circumstances. Criminal investigation is continued.
