The Chairman of the Investigative Committee has signed the order to punish several employees of Investigative Office for the Krasnodar Territory for shortcomings in the work by failing to detect the crime situation in Kushchevskaya region of Krasnodar Territory and improper performance of official duties. The First Deputy Head of Investigative Office for the Krasnodar Territory Aslan Huade, the Deputy Head of the investigative Office of the Krasnodar Territory Sergey Solntsev have been blamed for incompetence, and Vitaly Tkachyov, the Head of Investigation Office has been strictly pointed to the need of urgent actions to eliminate gross violations of law and shortcomings in performance. The question of disciplinary liability of Olga Shuravina, the Head of procedural control department of the Investigative Office for the Krasnodar Territory and Andrei Poliyenko, the Deputy Head of the Pavlovsky Inter-regional Investigative Office (located in the village Kushchevskaya) will not be put in relation to their dismissal from the Investigative Committee.

In addition, the administration of the Investigative Committee appointed the procedural inspection of law enforcement officials, who had not taken any measures for the timely disclosure of the past serious crimes in Kushchevskaya region. According to its results it will be decided weather to initiate a criminal investigation or not.
