The Chairman of the Investigative Committee instructed the General Investigative Office to process materials of procedural checks of law enforcement officials in Krasnodar Territory

Today, the administration of the Investigative Committee have decided to transfer the materials of procedural checks of law enforcement officials in Krasnodar region to the General Investigative Office. This decision was made in order to conduct the most comprehensive and objective check of the activities of law enforcement officials, including a number of officers of regional Investigative Office of the Investigative Committee. The audit will be considered a criminal case.

In addition, the Chairman of the Investigative Committee signed the order to punish several employees of Investigative Office for the Krasnodar Territory for shortcomings in the work by failing to detect the crime situation in Kushchevskaya region of Krasnodar Territory and improper performance of official duties. The First Deputy Head of Investigative Office for the Krasnodar Territory Aslan Huade, the Deputy Head of the investigative Office of the Krasnodar Territory Sergey Solntsev were blamed for incompetence, and Vitaly Tkachyov, the Head of Investigation Office was strictly pointed to the need of urgent actions to eliminate gross violations of law and shortcomings in performance. The question of disciplinary liability of Olga Shuravina, the Head of procedural control department of the Investigative Office for the Krasnodar Territory and Andrei Poliyenko, the Deputy Head of the Pavlovsky Inter-regional Investigative Office (located in the village Kushchevskaya) will not be put in relation to their dismissal from the Investigative Committee.
