The General Investigative Office of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Moscow region has opened a criminal case against Ivan Nazarov, Alla Guseva, Marat Mamyev and Ivan Volkov, suspected of committing crimes under paragraphs «б, в», part 3, article 146 of the Criminal Code (infringement of copyright and related rights) and part 2, article 272 of the Criminal Code (illegal access to computer information).

According to investigators, Nazarov, Guseva, Momyev and Volkov for the organization of gambling in the Moscow region have entered into a criminal conspiracy aimed at the illegal use of copyright and illegal access to computer information to copy and modify it. As a result of perpetrators’ illegal actions owners have suffered damage amounting to more than 6,840,000 rubles.

Currently the investigation is being conducted to collect and consolidate evidence. Criminal investigation continues.
