Investigative group composed of officers of the military investigation department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on the Ussuri garrison has completed inspection of the place of «Su-27» сrash near the village Soloveeniy Kloych district of Primorsky Krai. Exemption of flight recorders will be produced with the participation of officers of the state commission to investigate the causes of the accident in accordance with the requirements of the guidance documents.
In the near future materials of pre-investigation inspection will be sent to a military investigation department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation to Vladivostok garrison which also conducts pre-investigation inspection on the plane crash. Officers of this department have already received an explanation from the commander of a military unit to which assigned aircraft,flight director, aviator and technician who prepared the «Su-27» to go. Technical and flight documentation inspected and passed to members of the state commission for inspection.
Previously found that on the day of the accident aircraft took off from the airport and flew in a preassigned district for training exercises in accordance with the plan of military training. After performing the flight task and approach at an altitude of about 900 feet the plane lost control and went into uncontrollable decline. The pilot ejected.
Military investigators are taking steps to establish all the circumstances of the incident. Pre-investigation inspection is continued.
