According to information of the investigation, on 25 April 2012, the law-enforcement bodies of Cheremkhovsky district received a message from the residents of Svirsk stating that they found an oil spot in the Angara river, which was moving to the town of Cheremkhovo. Drinking water is provided by automobile transport.
