Today, citizens of Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Moscow and Ivanovo regions, the Krasnodar territory, and other regions have called to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee on the telephone numbers 8-800-333-02-95 and 8-495-640-20-46.Alexander Bastrykin talked with them for three hours.

The most of the calling were complaining on poor investigation of the cases by the territorial investigative departments and expressed their disagreement with the procedural decisions over some of the cases.

Following the results of the direct telephone link Alexander Bastrykin gave special instructions to the heads of several territorial investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee.
