Investigative bodies of the Main Investigations Directorate for Moscow city of the Russian Investigative Committee continue investigation of a criminal case over an attack on the football fan Aleksey Usachov near Evropeisky shopping center in Moscow.

At present, investigators are collecting and consolidating the evidence of guilt of arrested Dikham Rizvanov. In the near future he will be charged with the crime under part 3 of article 30, part 2 of article 105 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code (attempted murder out of ruffian motives). The files are getting ready to send to the court the request to put the arrested into custody.

The investigators are identifying the rest of accomplices who managed to disappear and will take necessary for their detainment measures, whatever regions of Russia they are. The instructions on investigations and search operations have been sent to FSB and MVD of Russia. The actions of those disappeared will be qualified as complicity in attempted murder out of ruffian motives. The investigators will request to take them into custody. The investigation was ordered to the most experienced investigators of the Firs Directorate for investigation of especially grave crimes of the Main Investigations Directorate for Moscow city of the Russian Investigative Committee, who specialize in investigation of crimes against person.
