The investigating bodies of the Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continue investigation of criminal case over assault on a football fan Aleksey Usachov. The investigators in absentia brought charges against 21-year old Rizvanov’s associate Magomed Eldiev of crimes under part 3 of article 30, part 2 of article 105 (attempted murder out of ruffian motives). At present he is internationally wanted.

During the investigation it was found, that on 5 June 2012, at about 7 p.m. Eldiev, on Kievsky vokzal ploshchad, out of ruffian motives and using an insignificant pretext, grasped the victim by the hands and held him up while Rizvanov was stabbing him.

At the moment, necessary search and investigation operations are under way to apprehend the accused.
