Investigators of the Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee within framework on criminal case over mass riots on Bolotnaya Ploshad on 6 May in Moscow continue investigation operations.

Today, Sergey Udaltsov has been interrogated and present during examination of the objects and documents seized from his flat. The examination of money seized from Ksenia Sobchak and Ilya Yashin is continued as well. Due to large amount of the seized and necessity of expert examination on authenticity of the money, this operation will probably be continued tomorrow. The tax check has already been arranged to check if Ksenia Sobchak had paid the taxes from this sum of money.

Investigators have also made an additional search in the office of Aleksey Navalny. It should be noted that Aleksey Navalny refused to give free samples of his handwriting and signature which was necessary for comparative handwriting expertise.

In addition, tomorrow Basmanny court of Moscow is going to consider the requests of the investigators on taking into custody five suspects: Oleg Arkhipenkov, Vladimir Akimenkov, Artyom Savelov, Richard Sobolev and Alexandr Kamensky.
