Body of Zafar Khashimov, 44, with many injuries characteristic of falling from height was found on 28 August 2012, at about 9 a.m., near N 50 on Leningradsky highway in Moscow. Moscow investigative bodes of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have launched a pre-investigation check into the incident.

According to preliminary data, Khashimov died of falling out the window of his flat at 7th floor of N 50 on Leningradsky highway. During the examination of the flat, it was found that its door was locked from the inside and the kitchen window was opened.

At present medical forensic examination and checks to find out all the circumstances of the incident are under way. A procedural decision will be made after the check.
