On 16 July 2012, Moscow law enforcement bodies received a message on disappearance of 48-year-old board head of Ramenka district of Moscow western administrative district Alexander Dmitriyev. Moscow investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee initiated a criminal case over the fact on the signs of a crime under part 1 of article 105 of RF Criminal Code (murder).

It was preliminarily found out that in the morning of 16 July 2012 Alexander Dmitriyev left noncommercial gardening society Resurs-1 located near the village of Rassudovo of Moscow city on his personal car Toyota Land Cruiser Prado for work. He never got to his office and doesn’t answer to his cellphone. On 16 July at about 10 a.m. Dmitriyev’s car was found near Rassudovo village not far from the railway crossing. The car was locked, there no signs of technical damage to the car, the Dmitriyev’s driving license and the documents for his car were found inside.

At present investigating operations are under way to find all circumstances of the incident – location of the missing man in the first place. Investigation is to be continued.
