The former Prosecutor of Klin Eduard Kaplun previously absconded outside the Russian Federation has appeared to the investigator. He was questioned on the so-called "gambling case" as a suspect in the crimes under paragraphs "A, D" of part 4 of Art. 290 of the RF Criminal Code (bribery). Other necessary investigations are being carried out with him.
