Leadership of Russia’s Investigative Committee have given orders to Perm Territory Investigation Directorate to organize and carry out a procedural check into abuse of rights and lawful interests of retired people living in old folk and disabled house in the village of Ugleuralsky which had become known through media sources.

During a pre-investigation check a legal evaluation will be given to actions or inaction of officials of authority and local authorities bodies who were charged with maintenance and protection of health and wellbeing of older people. A procedural decision will be made following the results of the check.
