Moscow investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have launched a pre-investigative check into the information received from the lawyer Murad Musayev that his client Yusup-Khadzhi Temerkhanov had been heavily beaten up in an escort room of Moscow city court, where the issue was discussed to extend time of Yusupov’s arrest.

All policemen present in the escort room, the lawyer and witnesses of the incident will be interrogated during the check. Temerechov is currently under the examination to establish injuries in one of the Moscow hospitals. Records from surveillance video cameras are requested from the Moscow city court. Other check operations are under way. A procedural decision will be taken after the check.
