Sverdlovsk Region invest5igating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have charged a 26-year-old Yekaterinburg citizen Vasily Fedorovich with crimes under paragraphs “g”, “j” of part 2 of article 105 (murder committed by a group of persons under a preliminary conspiracy and with the purpose of concealing another crime) and paragraphs “a”, “d” of part 2 of article 126 of the Russian Federation Criminal Code (abduction committed by a group of persons under a preliminary conspiracy and with the use of weapons or objects used as weapons).

According to investigators, on 12 April 2012 about 9 p.m. near one of the houses on Titova Street in Yekaterinburg Fedorovich acting together with three more people, information of whom is not disclosed in the interests of the case, using violence and objects used as weapons, namely: a knuckle-duster, a knife and a gun, and handcuffs abducted a 17-year-old local to get back from him a lap-top computer gone from one of Fedorovich’s acquaintances. Having taken him to a forest in a micro-district of Krasnolesie, culprits, threatening to health and lives of his and his family, forced out of the victim information about a person involved in a loss of the computer, and released him after that.

In addition, in the period before April 2012 Fedorovich with three men, information of whom is not disclosed either, decided by false pretense to steal money from an acquaintance of Fedorovich and kill him. This April Fedorovich under a false pretext lured the victim in his car, took him to a parking lot on Azina Street in Yekaterinburg, where Fedorovich’s accomplice wearing police uniforms and a gun, and their two associates took the victim from the Fedorovich’s car and seated him into the car of another accused. Then the culprits took him to a stall of garages, where they held him to get the information about his place of residence, places where he kept his money and other valuables. Fedorovich and his three accomplices took off his clothes, searched the pockets and found some money which they took away. After that they took the victim to a forest near 27^th km of a motorway “Yekaterinburg - Serov”, where one of the culprits shot him in the head. Then that Fedorovich and another of his accomplices stabbed the man no less than 4 times in his neck and legs. Another accomplice poured on the body some petrol from a preliminarily prepared metallic canister and set him afire, after that the criminals fled.

At present investigating operations are under way to find out all the circumstances of the crimes, to detain all accomplices and to find out whether the above mentioned persons were involved in other crimes. Investigation is to be continued.
