Main Investigations Directorate of Russia’s Investigative Committee within the framework of a criminal case over mass riots on Bolotnaya Ploshchad in Moscow, on 5 August 2012 searched the house of Leonid Kovyadin born in Kirov Region in 1986. Kovyadin was identified by a witness as a person having actively participated in mass riots (he turned over the toilets and moved them along the street).
At present Kovyadin is detained, pre-trial restraining measure is to be decided. Investigation is to be continued.
