On 14 July 2013, around 1 pm, local time, an air incident happened with a Mi-8T helicopter in Kargasoksky district, Tomsk Region.

Investigating bodies of West Siberian Trainsport Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have organized a pre-investigating check into the incident.

According to preliminary data, the Gazprom-Avia helicopter with 14 passengers and 3 crew members aboard had to take off from Igol-0 helipad. During the take off the helicopter started vibrating, capsized and fell on the ground. 15 people were injured in the accident, 7 of them are in grave condition.

At present checking operations are underway to find all the circumstances of the incident. A procedural decision will be made based on the results of the check.
