Rowdy man in Kaliningrad charged with public abuse of representative of authority

Investigating bodies of the Northwestern Transport Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have finished investigating a criminal case against 37-year-old citizen of the village of Barvikha, Odintsovsky district, Moscow Region Nikolai Komissarov. He is charged with a crime under article 319 of the RF Criminal Code (public abuse of a representative of the authority).

According to the files of the preliminary investigation, drunken Komissarov, on 13 December 2012, was a passenger at the flight UT 393 flying from Moscow to Kaliningrad. By the decision of the captain was ordered to disembark the plane for an administrative infraction under part 1 of article 20.1 of the RF Administrative Infractions Code. While having been delivered to the police control room of the line police department at the Khrabrovo airport of Western line office of the transport internal affairs of Northwestern Transport Office of the Russian interior Ministry in Northwestern Federal District to make a report he publicly abused the police officers.

The investigation has been finished, the accused and his lawyer are studying the evidence. After they have finished, the criminal case is going to be forwarded for the indictment to be approved and further into court to be tried on the merits.
