Vladimir region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee following the results of the monitoring of information in the Internet, including blogs in social networks, have opened a criminal case over signs of a crime under part 1 of article 135 of the RF Criminal Code over depraved actions regarding minor and underage girls.

According to preliminary data, over a long period of time notices were posted in media on behalf of one of the residents of the village Nikologory, Vyasnikovsky district, inviting the underage to live with him in his house, which he defined as a boarding house for children for development and additional education. Naming himself as an “Orthodox Christian” poet the man called the “virtuous damsels” to socializing: to play chess, lessons of poetry, visits of liturgies, etc.

Meanwhile, according to investigative materials the aims of the man’s contact with children were not as virtuous and on the contrary had in them signs of depraved actions against children.

During the investigation, searches have been conducted in the house of the 56-year-old man and the places he visited, during which investigators seized a laptop, a system unit, albums with pictures, pictures, disks with videos, personal correspondence, journals and other object, careful analysis of which will allow objective qualification of the man’s actions. A number of forensic expert examinations have been set for the seized materials.

At present investigating operations are under way to find all the circumstances of the crime, identities of children, who visited the so called boarding house. The whereabouts of one of local girls, 11 years of age, who lived in the man's house from time to time for four years is being looked for. Investigation is to be continued.
