On September 12, 2013, about 2:30 PM, local time, a Mi-8 helicopter made an emergency landing near the Khurichi River in Krasnoyarsk Territory. The West Siberian Transport Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has organized a pre-investigating check into the accident.

According to preliminary data, the helicopter of Aerogeo airlines was carrying out a chartered flight from the village of Podkamennaya Tunguska. There were 6 passengers and 3 crew members aboard. The helicopter made an emergency landing near the Khurichi River hurting one of the passengers.

At present the check is underway to find out all the circumstances of the incident. An investigating group has been sent out to the scene. A procedural decision will be made following the check.
