The Main Military Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee in the process of inquiry into 5 criminal cases over swindling and selling of real estates, land and shares owned by hodling company OAO Oboronservis (OJSC) has detained on suspicions of stealing of property, shares and money on especially large scale Maksim Zakutailo, a former CEO of District Material Warehouse of Moscow District Air Forces and Air Defense and Yekaterina Smetanova, a former CEO of Center of Legal Support “Expert”, companies Mira and VitaProject.

The court has satisfied the petition of the investigator and places Smetanova and Zakutailo in the custody. Investigation is to be continued.
