In the evening of 21 November 2012, in the town of Tula a man’s body with a gun wound to his head was found near a house in Krasnoarmeysky Prospekt. Tula Region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have launched criminal proceedings over signs of a crime under part 1 of article 105 of the RF Criminal Code (murder).

According to investigators, the victim – Vyacheslav Trukhachov was Deputy Chief Designer of state unitary enterprise Instrument Engineering Design Bureau a branch of Central Design and Research Bureau of sports hunting rifle.

At present a number of search and investigating operations are under way to establish all circumstances of the crime and persons involved.
