In Stavropol Territory Alexander Bastrykin holds a number of operational meetings in North Caucasus Federal District Central Investigations Directorate of SKR

Alexander Bastrykin, Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative Committee, has arrived today in the town of Essentuki with a working visit.

Together with Stavropol Territory Governor Valery Zerenkov, Deputy Presidential Plenipotentiary in the North Caucasus Federal District Vladimir Shvetsov, Vise-Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative Committee Boris Karnaukhov, Head of Main Directorate of SK support Lesya Kolesnik, Head of the Kabardino-Balkaria Directorate of the Federal Security Service Sergey Kmenny, Mr. Bastrykin took part in opening a new building of the North Caucasus Federal District Central Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee.

In addition, during the first part of his visit Mr. Bastrykin awarded employees of the Investigative Committee, who works in the North Caucasus state awards for deserving well of their Fatherland and departmental medals for fidelity to official duty, valor and courage.

After that Alexander Bastrykin held an operational meeting to sum up results of performance of investigations directorate in the subjects of the North Caucasus Federal District over 10 months of current year, hear the reports on progress and results of a number of investigations of some high-profile cases, that are under control of the SK Chairman.
