The investigating bodies of the Russian Investigative Committee in Saint-Petersburg continue a pre-investigating check into a video showing several people beating up a schoolboy posted in the Internet on 27 September 2013.

The investigators have found the information about the victim and identified the two underage teenagers, who were involved in illegal actions against the boy.

Operations necessary to find all the circumstances of the incident are under way. A procedural decision will be made following the check.
