The regional investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have received a report that in Seryshevsky district while compiling the lists of children from settlements affected by the flood and who had to be sent in the All-Russian Children’s Center Ocean (Vladivostok) the officials of the local administration put there those, who had not been affected by the disaster. The investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee in Amur Region have launched a pre-investigating check into the fact.

The investigators are finding all the circumstances of the incident. A procedural decision will be made following the check.
