Today at about 7:30 PM, local time, a wreck of a boat with passengers aboard in Chusovskoy water intake facility was reported.

For now it is known that the 10-seat power boat Bayliner sailed by the owner was transporting 9 passengers from a cottage village of Zaozyorye, Chusovskoy district in Perm Territory. On its way the boat collided with a log and damaged a section of its engine. After that the boat started filling with water and sinking. The rescuers evacuated the passengers. The boat has been towed off and lifted on the bank. Nobody has been hurt.

Investigators are examining the scene to find all the circumstances of the incident. The witnesses and passengers are being questioned. All the circumstances are being determined.
