Criminal cases against L. Razvozzhayev over robbery and preparing mass riots combined in single law suit

The Central Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has decided to combine into a single law suit two criminal cases against Leonid Razvozzhayev. This concerns the criminal case charging Razvozzhayev and other persons with robbery of a businessman committed in 1997 in Angarsk (paragraphs “a”, “c”, “d” of part 2 of article 162 of the RF Criminal Code) and the case against Sergey Udaltsov, Leonid Razvozzhayev, Konstantin Lebedev and other persons over plotting mass riots in Moscow and other regions of the country (part 1 of article 30, part 1 of article 212 of the RF Criminal Code).

This decision was made based on article 153 of the RF Criminal Procedure Code, according to which criminal cases over the crimes committed by one and the same person can be combined in a single law suit. Investigation is to be continued.
