Investigation against twelve accused of mass riots on Bolotnaya Square in Moscow finished

Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee has completed investigating a criminal case severed in a separate lawsuit against twelve participants of mass riots on bolotnaya Square in Moscow: Vladimir Akimenkov, Andrei Barabanov, Maria Baranova, Yaroslav Belousov, Alexandra Dukhanina, Stepan Zimin, Nikolai Kavkazsky, Sergei Krivov, Leonid Kovyazin, Denis Lutskevich, Aleksey Polikhovich and Artyom Savyolov.

The accused and their defenders have today started reading materials of the case. After it is completed, the case with the indictment will be forwarded to the Prosecutor General’s Office to decide ton sending it to court.

It should be noted that investigators continue reveal and look for all participants and organizers of mass riots in order to hold them liable in accordance with the law.
