Criminal investigation launched against service man killing several people

The investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have launched a criminal investigation over the murder of several people by a service man serving a contract in a military unit in Vladimir Region.

At present investigators are carrying out investigating and search operations to find all the circumstances of the incident.
