In reply on the letter of the Russian Investigative Committee Chairman to the US Attorney General the American party expressed willingness to cooperate in investigating crimes committed by American adoptive parents against Russian children

On 6 February representatives of the Russia’s Investigative Committee during a working meeting handed over the letter of Alexander Bastrykin to representatives of U.S. Department of Justice. The same day the U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder received the letter.

We remind that the Chairman of the Russia’s Investigative Committee invited the U.S. Attorney General to discuss investigation of crimes committed by American adoptive parents against Russian children. At present the Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee is investigating criminal cases initiated over violence that took place in USA against minor Sergey Nakonechny (Luke Alexander Evans), Nikita Khoryakov (Zakari Louis Higier), Dmitry Yakovlev (Harrison Chase Dmitry), Ksenia Antonova (Ksenia Mae Blanford), Yelena Zhivodrova (O`Brien Yelena Maibusch), Sergey Zhivodrov (O`Brien Sergey Maibusch), Leonid Zhivodrov (O`Brien Leonid Maibusch), Kristina Zhivodrova (O`Brien Kristina Maibusch), Daniil Kichun (Daniel Alexander Sweeney), Ilya Kargyntsev (Dykstra Isaac Jonathan), Anna Pochotnaya (Logan Anna Higginbotham), Ivan Skorobogatov (Craver Nathaniel Michael), Maxim Babayev (Kaleb Maxim Traylor).

At the working meeting the American party expressed willingness to cooperate over criminal investigations into crimes committed by American adoptive parents against Russian children.
