In St. Petersburg court ruled pretrial restraints for teenagers suspected of killing their peer

Saint-Petersburg investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee continue investigating a criminal case launched in signs of a crime under part 2 of article 105 of the RF Penal Code (murder), after a 13-year-old boy had been missing, whose body then was found on 13 May 2014 in house 11 in Kurskaya street.

According to investigators, on 4 May 2014, the teenagers lured the victim in the house in Kurskaya street and motivated by personal dislike stabbed and beat him with baseball bats to death.

At the investigators’ petition the court has ruled to arrest four of the assailants, and released on recognizance another one due to his being sick. Investigation is ongoing.
