The investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee for the Udmurt Republic have launched a criminal investigation into death of a child in a kindergarten (part 1 of article 109 of the RF Penal Code – reckless homicide).

According to investigators, on 30 July 2014, a 4-year-old boy in a kindergarten in the village of Uva remaining unattended by the staff or any adults climbed old wall bars and fell.
