On 16 November 2014, fires happened in several flats in Presnya district in the city of Moscow during repairs at a gas-distributing substation. The investigating bodies of Moscow Main Investigations Directorate of the Russia’s Investigative Committee are conducting a pre-investigative check into the fact.

At present the checks are underway to find out all the circumstances of the crime. A procedural decision will be made following the check.
