Investigating agencies of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation are continuing to investigate the criminal case against Sergei Pomazun accused of committing crimes under Articles 105, 226 of the Criminal Code (murder, theft of weapons) and suspected of the assault on the life of a law enforcement officer (Article 317 of the Criminal Code).

As part of execution of the investigator’s orders, detectives found firearms that Sergei Pomazun allegedly used in the commission of crimes.

In the near future, it will undergo expert examinations, including ballistic and trace ones. Investigating actions aimed at collecting evidence of Sergei Pomazun’s involvement in the above-mentioned offenses, are ongoing.

Today, during a large-scale operational investigative work, a number of crime witnesses have been established, now they are giving testimony exposing Pomazun.
