During the criminal investigation against Sergey Pomazum investigators have reasons to bring new charges. he is charged with crimes under paragraphs “a”, “c”, “h” and “i” of part 2 of article 105 of the RF Criminal Code, part 1 of article 226, paragraph “b” of part 4 of article 226, article 317 (murder of two or more people out of mercenary interests or hooliganism, including a small child, stealing of firearms and ammunitions, encroachment on the life of a law enforcement agent).

According to investigators, on 22 April, Pomazun got hold of his father’s hunting rifle and drove a BMW X5 to the shop Okhota (Hunt) to steal firearms. In the shop he shot dead two shop assistants and a customer from the Vepr-308 rifle. After that he stole two Tiger hunting rifles. Later outside the shop Pomazun shot dead three passersby out of hooliganism. One of the victims was a small girl. During the arrest on 23 April Pomazun stabbed a police officer no less than four times.

At present investigating operations are underway to find all the circumstances of the crime.
