September 8, 2013, gang members - 46 -year-old resident of Stavropol region Inessa Tarverdieva and her 25 -year-old daughter Victoria, a traffic police officer Sergei Sinelnik and his wife Anastasia Sinelnik who had been helping gang members, were arrested. Another member of the gang was killed during the arrest.

The investigator questioned Victoria Tarverdieva , who does not deny her involvement in the crimes that had been committed by the gang. Her testimony will be checked within a criminal case.

Today, at the request of the investigator, the Court remanded Victoria Tarverdieva in custody.

Investigators of the Regional branch of the Investigative Committee of Russia conducted a number of checks at crime scenes in the Aksaisky district and in Novocherkassk with Inessa Tarverdieva, during which the suspect told about the circumstances of the crimes and the roles of all members of the gang.

In addition, investigators repeated the search of the place of residence of one of the gang associates Sergey Sinelnik. With the use of special equipment, a pit under the street toilet was dug up and investigators found a receiver and a DVD player that had been stolen from the scene of murder of an employee of the Federal Drug Control Service of the Rostov Region Mikhail Zlydnev and his wife in 2008. In addition, 27 hunting cartridges "Record" were discovered and seized, they are similar to those the gang used in an attack on employees of private security company in September 2012 in Novocherkassk. Searches that started on September 8 at the places of residence of gang members in the Stavropol region are continuing. Investigators have already found a large number of weapons used in the attacks , items and values ​​that had been stolen from crime scenes, ammunition, silencers, notes describing a number of crime episodes, more than 1 million of cash, a large amount of gold, packaged in a ceramic vase.

Currently, forensic, ballistic, explosive engineering, molecular- genetic, fingerprinting, biological and other types of expert examinations are scheduled. Investigators are checking the involvement of gang members in the commission of other crimes.

Investigative actions and search operations aimed at collecting and securing the evidence base are underway. The criminal investigation is ongoing.
