Today, on May 9, 2014, the day of the 69th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, the Head of the Tver Region Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Kublyakov and the staff of the Directorate took part in the ceremony of laying wreaths to the Obelisk of Victory. The ceremony of laying flowers and commemorating those who had died defending our homeland from the Nazi invaders was attended by heads of all defense and law enforcement agencies of the region, representatives of local and regional administrations, and the clergy.
