The Rostov Region investigating bodies of the Russia’s Investigative Committee have launched a criminal investigation against the CEO of a commercial organization, who is also a deputy of Kashary district assembly of deputies, over a crime under part 2 of article 145.1 of the RF Penal Code (overdue wages).

According to investigators, the suspect violating the current legislation did not paid wages to workers of his company in the period between 1 December 2012 and 31 January 2014 summing up at over 5 million rubles. The funds the company had were spent on other needs not connected with paying wages to the workers.

At present investigating operations are underway to find out all the circumstances of the crime.
