Employees of the Russian Investigative Committee of the Chelyabinsk Region congratulated war and investigating authorities’ veterans Zaborsky Nikolay Prokopyevich and Magdalena Leonardovna Rikhter at home and presented gifts to them.

Nikolay Prokopyevich Zaborsky, a senior justice advisor, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, he was born on December 23, 1926. In 1943, at the age of 17, he volunteered for the front. He fought at two fronts: the Second and the Third Ukrainians - in Romania, Hungary, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia, and Austria. He celebrated the victory at hospital in Czechoslovakia, and a month later he returned to his unit and served in airborne troops until 1950. From 1950 to 1954 he worked at the Chelyabinsk Metallurgical Plant. In August 1954, he was enrolled in the Sverdlovsk Law School, and a year later he was transferred to the Sverdlovsk Law Institute as a first year student. After graduating in 1959, he had worked at the Chelyabinsk Region prosecuting bodies in various positions from an investigator to the head of the Regional Prosecutor's Office for 32 years. Nikolay Prokopyevich Zaborsky was awarded the Order of Glory, the Order of the Patriotic War I degree, medals "For Valour ", "For the capture of Vienna", "For Victory over Germany in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945", "For Valiant Labor. To commemorate the 100th anniversary of Lenin's birth".

Magdalena Leonardovna Rikhter, a veteran of prosecuting authorities, a justice advisor. In 1956, she graduated from the Law Faculty of the Lomonosov Moscow State University with distinction. She had worked at the prosecutor's office of the Metallurgichesky District of Chelyabinsk for nearly 20 years- ten years as an investigator, and later - as an assistant prosecutor.
