Together with inmates of the patronized Tsiglomen special (correctional) orphanage, employees of the Arkhangelsk Region and Nenets Autonomous District Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation laid a wreath and fresh flowers at the monument to war veterans in the village of Tsiglomen to commemorate the 69th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. The observed a minute of silence in honor of those heroes of the Fatherland who had been killed in the battles.

After the specified event, the children organized a concert and a tea party.
